FOUL shin pads are flexible, so they adapt to any shin shape. So it doesn`t depend on age, weight or height. Choose only according to whether you prefer a larger or smaller size of shin pads. For children up to 12 years old, we usually recommend the medium size 15 cm, which is the best selling size for adults as well.
