Returns and complaints

  • If you are a consumer, you are entitled to withdraw from the Contract concluded via our online shop within 30 days of the delivery of the goods. However, if you have ordered customised goods (for example, pads with personalised printing), you do not have this right.
  • If we dispatch the goods in several shipments, the period will begin upon the acceptance of the last shipment, but if we deliver the goods to you regularly, the period for withdrawal from the Contract will begin upon the first delivery.
  • If you withdraw from the Contract, you must send us the goods within 14 days of withdrawal from the Contract. The easiest way to return them is through your chosen carrier. The instructions on how to do it are included in every shipment. We will refund the purchase price paid and the lowest postage we offer (if you have paid it) within 14 days of your withdrawal from the Contract. However, we may withhold the payment until you prove to us that you actually sent the goods or until the goods are returned to us.
  • If you have purchased goods custom-made to your requirements or customised to your personal needs, you do not have the right to withdraw from the Contract.
  • We may reduce the amount to be refunded by any damage incurred by us due to the return of damaged or used goods.
  • You can make a claim about the goods within 24 months of their acceptance.
  • You can file a claim, for example, electronically at [email protected] or by letter / in person at Rudíkov 41, 675 05 Rudíkov, Czech Republic.
  • If the goods are defective, you can choose one of the following settlement methods:
    • delivery of new goods or part thereof without defect,
    • free repair.
  • In some cases, you may request a discount or withdraw from the Contract.
  • We will handle the claim within 30 days unless we agree on a longer time limit. After completing the claim, we will e-mail you information and confirmation of the claim settlement or a reason for rejecting the claim.
